Everything is at least 10k, new door 10k, new fence 10k, new ac 10k, wallpaper and paint 10k and that’s for modest small projects

Our basement flooded and the sewer backed up into it. We had to spend a little over 16k on sewer and water pipes and a sump pump and disinfecting the basement.
