@gaalonso2: The Wound Beneath the Calling “𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱.” — 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗵𝘆: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 Sometimes your why is not discovered in success. Sometimes it is discovered in sorrow. The ORIGINAL photo feels like an honest pause: someone sitting with the weight of their story, reflected back beneath them. The EDITED photo feels like memory transformed—still real, still honest, but warmed by meaning. That is often how purpose begins. The people with the deepest clarity are often the ones who have seen what happens when life loses its center. They have watched fear masquerade as faith. They have felt performance replace presence. They have been wounded by shallow answers, rigid systems, or religion that forgot the heart of God. And somewhere in that pain, a deeper conviction begins: 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻. 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀. That is part of why I do what I do: to make deep truth livable, humane, and transformative—especially for people healing from fear-based faith, exclusion, and spiritual harm. Your why may not come from what went right. It may come from what nearly broke you—and what you now refuse to let define someone else. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆: Ask yourself: What pain in my story has made me more compassionate, truthful, or determined to heal rather than harm? 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: What pain in your story may be pointing toward your purpose? May your wounds become places of wisdom, compassion, and healing.
