@dannivore: Whilst I’m in Dubai, I thought, why not try some quite rare to find raw meat that’s easy to find here, which is camel meat. I have never tried this before, but it looks quite yummy. The muscle meat part is a deep raspberry red, and it’s lean, so if you ever try it, it’s best to pair it with some additional fat, such as raw grass-fed butter.
