Recently a documentary came out called "keep quiet and forgive" that is about a Swartzentruber Amish woman who left the Amish and is speaking out about the sexual abuse in the Amish. In the documentary, there is another Amish woman who was abused by her husband and she has been excommunicated from the Amish, because of calling law enforcement in order to escape from her husband, which is not allowed in the Amish. The Amish people in her Amish community, wrote letters to the court to plead the case of this woman's husband. In this video, I go over the letters that the Amish wrote to the court and how deep the brainwashing goes in the Amish religion and mindset.
