@caitscookiess: 3 controversial opinions that completely changed how I run my sold out cookie business: 1. custom orders are draining 2. daily baking is inefficient 3. taking TOO many orders can ruin consistency creating systems is genuinely the only reason i’ve been able to grow my cookie business without burning out as a university student. that’s why i created my home baker guides so other bakers don’t have to figure everything out the hard way like i did. Comment “SYSTEM” if you’re ready to sell out without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll send you my home baker guide with my 3 day baking method, pre order form templates, pricing sheets, and weekly selling strategies 🍪🤍 #cookiebusiness #bakingtips #homebaker #cookietips #bakeryowner
