@cali.hoss: Copenhagen plank is a great exercise for adductors and obliques but normal version becomes often too easy. This is where deficit version comes into play. Makes this exercise much harder. Just make sure u have strong shoulders before attempting. #deficit #kopenhagenplank #hips #lowerback

Il y a beaucoup de force exercé latéralement sur le genoux ( ici le poids exerce une force du haut vers le bas ). C’est beaucoup de stress pour le genou qui ne se plie pas dans ce sens. Ça serait plus sécuritaire si le point d’appuis de la jambe était au niveau du genoux et pas de la cheville.
