I won a lemon law lawsuit against kia. no engine issues but electrical, paint and more. I won 3+times the vehicles purchase price. lookup a lemon law lawyer for your state and see which one you prefer that sounds the most professional.

the problem is that some these car companies will lable the repairs differently so it looks like different things got repaired and say it wasn't the same thing repaired over again to avoid lemon laws.

You have to watch some of these dealerships when you take it in for the same problem will not give you a receipt or service order paper where you had it in for service that way you can’t count towards your three times in with the same problem
