Im the funeral director that gets these babies. And a lot of the nurses are like "how do you do this job?" like y'all didn't carry this baby and their family during their life together. I constantly ask myself how are these NICU PICU and Hospice nurses able to do their jobs day in and day out. They have the most selfless and hardest jobs in the world
