For safety po ng passengers. I used to travel before mnl to cagayan valley. Kapag nasa bundok bundok na meron namamato ng windows para kapag tumigil ang bus holdap agad. So para hindi maka aksidente ang mga glasses ng window pinapasara ang mga curtains.
