I can't stand the smell of raw or cooking beef but pork is soooo delicious. I was raised by a 7th Day Adventist grandmother so pork was not an option in my childhood.

Europeans do as well. I don’t like pork at all though tbh. Beef is the best meat by far, just outrageously expensive. Lamb is amazing as well but not practical.
