Like at the end of the aq it could have cut to inazuma like it did to natlan and then the big tree in mondstad, and cut to raiden remembering scara or feeling somehow connected to wanderer

But lore wise they needed a replacement and Aaru directly extracted data from Irminsul. So while that would've been nice, it would have broken the story. Also it would cause a shitload of regressions, like what if they remembered Rhukadevata and everything else erased from Irminsul before? Let's hop into 7.0 - 7.8 "fix the loopholes Irminsul left before Shneznahya" ahh series.

wanderer and ei won't meet for now. dottore, in the archon quest, stated that he didn't want to bring back the memory of scaramouche because he didn't care AND it was difficult to do. so no one remembers him (scaramouche) even Ei

This made me remember on the previous lantern rite (before Zibai), I think hu tao should've been gone instead of traveler saving literally everyone at any time. That will definitely make an impact on the genshin character story. Nowadays the stories are becoming one shots but boring and predictable
