Hey just wanna give you a great tip. If you need to clean the bottom of an engine just run the motor for 10-15 min and take a power washer and spray the bottom. Most of the time no additional cleaners will be needed. Makes for a cheap and more effective cleaning

It looks like your Cambridge was leaking too, if you ever need to do one, you can remove vacuum pump, put the bolts back in, and zip tie the exhaust cam down, that way you don’t have to remove the timing chain, you will need new bolts and green sealant which is $100 a bottle btw

check the vaccum pump. Anytime I see oil on top of bell housing on the b8 99% of the time the vaccum pump gasket is on it way out. OEM 3 ply replacement

Tip not not have to clean as much before you do a oil change add a touch or a/c die run the motor and you can see that leak sooo easy
