Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, mixing just until combined after each addition Fold in crushed Oreos. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely. Topping: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
