They also have a business to run. As much as I support being there for family, you have to remember that they aren’t doing it for some personal reasons, it’s strictly business and as much as one doesn’t think it affects every works schedule it does. Glad you are doing what you need to do for yourself but be mindful before you talk down on a business.

Bikini baristas come and go at that stand💯 I've been visiting that stand since before Covid. Lot of good memories. My favorite baristas were BRIANNA, DAISY and VANESSA. BLUE was cool af. Wish her the best!
