this! i was newly dating someone and he had invited me over for dinner and he made stir fry. the night before i told him how much i despised peppers of any kind. what was in the stir fry you ask? i think we can guess. i also think we can guess how many times i saw him after that. some of my friends told me it was too harsh but honestly it showed me his level of consideration for others, and while that may be fine for some i deserve to be considered in the ways i consider others so it’s a no for me.

Took my a while to accept that not everyone is hyper aware of their surroundings or situations and their lack of quickly taking initiative like me is because they never had to constantly be on their toes! And thats ok- ive also learned to slow down now that im in my 30s
