The adult kids meal trend is elite 😂 Smaller portions, comfort food and usually a drink included? Sign me up. I remember constantly feeling bloated and uncomfortable after restaurant meals no matter what I ordered. Then I came across Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by Loren Green) through a women's forum. Lost 29 lbs, my digestion improved and I finally stopped feeling awful after eating out. My favourite one, feels like a secret nobody talks about.

My daughter gets the shells with Alfredo sauce and lots of cheese. She loves it! My son gets pizza and eats 2 baskets of bread sticks and no pizza 🤣.
