Day 14 of doing these modern Qi Gong movements until I’m ripped and carrying a lot less body fat. 👊 Let’s be honest… these movements alone aren’t going to get me shredded. 😂 But that’s not really the point. They’re helping me start each day with positive intentions, wake up my body, loosen up my joints, and prepare myself mentally for the day ahead. Most importantly, they’re strengthening the habit of showing up. Every morning I choose movement over excuses. I choose discipline over comfort. And because my body feels better, I can train harder in the gym, recover better, and stay consistent with the things that actually will help me get leaner. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is becoming a little better each day. If you’ve got a few minutes in the morning, give these movements a try and let me know how you feel afterwards.
