im a mopar guy and compared to trying to bench them in or use a floor jack they are a life saver. I bought a sheet of ply wood and the same jack from harbor freight to do transmissions in the yard. you just have to be careful that you dont over load the jack or run it up too high with the impact because it breaks it fast

As soon as this video popped up in my feed I knew someone was gonna complain about the impact. I own 2 of these, I've used them for more than a handful of transmissions, gas tanks or anything else they work on and raising/lowering has been at least 95% Impact. The drive still looks and works just fine.
