Oh my god, people, shes not saying it's bad to be thin. Or that you even need to have really defined muscles. Shes saying that activity is good and necessary to sustain you into old age! Muscles support your bones! If you have zero muscle mass AT ALL then when you get older and your bones get less dense you will struggle more! You're at a higher risk for falls! Everyone should be doing a little bit of physical activity, not even going to the gym, but even things like gardening, yoga, or lifting light weights at home will help protect your body as you age

true muscle is so important😭 ive been skinny my whole life and starting to try and gain weight and grow muscle. im not comfortable not being able to pull up my bodyweight, who knows what situation you need it in. also trying to convince my parents, my dad already suffers from shoulder issues

I have very very very minor muscle mass in my upper body because I just. Frankly don't really need it? I can do pull ups, I can carry myself around just fine. I HAD underdeveloped muscles in my lower body because I would get excruciating pain from moving that half. Still get it, but I did PT so the muscle is about even for me
