Guys trust me this works!!! I used to do this consistently but life got in the way. I’ll take this video again as a sign to get out my journal. I’ve literally manifested moving to the UK, getting into medical school, apartments and getting a lot of work related leadership opportunities all from writing down my thoughts and fears and writing out my journals like I’m talking to the universe and updating them on my life. I found that over the years I’ve started doing this intentionally in my head and saying gratitude for the little things. Even when things don’t seem like they are working out, they are and the universe is always listening to youu! Thank youu for this reminder

I always thought journaling was a weird concept. But a few years ago I was really going through it and needed a change in my life. I decided to try journaling. I thought maybe writing down my feelings, experiences, wants and needs may help me find direction. I’ve been journaling since and it totally changed my outlook on things. I view things more positively now. I stand fully behind you get what you give and that means more than kindness to others. It’s if you are constantly feeding negative energy and thoughts that’s all you’ll bring to yourself. I dedicated myself and focused on what I wanted to accomplish and what I needed to do to achieve it. Now I have my little farm house dream. I am more present and focused on my kids, we are happy and healthy and I can provide for them without stress. I have never looked back.

I started writing in my new journals on the First page “ I ______ abundantly and safely decree whatever I write in this journal comes true. I get whatever I write even if I only write it once… I am a master scripter. I am a master manifestess/manifestor. I always get whatever I want the 3D is my biiiiiiitch I say what goes. I am protected in all areas of life at all times. Then I kiss the paper and sign my full name.
