I was so determined to switch to kodiak pancakes for the added protein content and the whole wheat flour base. I have a child with special needs and is a VERY selective eater. he would refuse them, only wanted the regular bisquick, aunt jemima etc. so I started to mix, 1/4, then 1/2 kodiak. I did it over the course of a few weeks and now he eats them and loves them. seems really extra but I am so proud of that win 😅
