@paulywood_pictures: 🐦 DIY Backyard Bird Feeding Station (credit to the creator I’m tagging in the comments for the inspiration!) This build has it ALL: ✨ 2 large seed blocks 🌸 Hanging feeder 🍃 Hummingbird feeder 🌿 Seed & nut container for bigger birds 🌺 Flowers in the base to attract butterflies and hummingbird. Here’s how I built it: Started with an old half barrel → filled it with 80 lbs of quick-set cement → set my cedar post → let it cure overnight. Next day I cut all my boards, attached the corbels with screws & exterior glue, and used a nailer for the cross boards. Sanded everything smooth (no slivers for me, thanks 😅), wiped it down, and finished it with leftover clear exterior stain from my fence project. Once dry — feeders on, plants in, done! 🙌 📐 Mine is 6.5 ft tall × 33 in wide, but make it whatever size works for your space! ⏱ Total build time: ~5 hours Save this if you want to build one! 👇 #DIY #BackyardBirds #BirdFeeder #BackyardProject #diyproject
