this is an old video, it was trash from the drivers pocket, cop didn't want to litter. cops definitely plant evidence but this isn't that kind of video.

One of my worst nightmares I did 5 years over a cop planting a gun on me and I’m still fighting it in federal appeal courts because when he did it to me they didn’t have body cam but not that long ago he got fired for the same thing he did to me
