Storm could VERY WELL be another cash cow if they gave her a chance. She hasn’t had a skin you can buy in forever, they’re mostly free battlepass skins. Psylocke isn’t played often but her skins sell well because they’re so good. Emma has bad skins but they still sell well because she’s popular. Storm is both popular AND can be given good skins and she’ll be a cash cow too, they simply don’t care enough to give it a shot
