@anastasia_petunina: This exercise may look advanced and intimidating to people, but in reality it's one of the most accessible mobility exercises to open and strengthen the adductors or start to work on your middle splits. What makes it easier is using the wall for support, start with light weight, and don't go as low (over time as the adductors open up the depth will come). If you want to include it in your normal strength workout it's a great replacement for the hip adduction machine. You don't need to spend extra time stretching when you can include mobility exercises within your current workout regime.
