I work at autozone, this is barely accurate. Your size engine can determine what part the computer tells us what we need which is why we ask what seems like unnecessary information to be 100% accurate, and we always have to change the part itself to let the customer know if the part is not broken or the right one. 9/10 customers overlook it and just buy it without thinking.

I call oreillys with a part number, they tell me when they can have it in. they'll ship it to the store at no cost to me. I try with autozone and they still want my vehicle info. like bro I have a part number, just tell me when and how much? and they'll bill me extra to ship the part to the store.

I never ask when someone asked me about their vehicle and wiper blades. I never asked if it’s two wheel or four wheel cause that’s just stupid. That’s only when it comes down to certain parts.
