I feel the same about Aradiabot, so many people try to tell me that Aradiabot beat Vriska for revenge… no she beat Vriska because Vriska needed to be God tier for them to win the game. Aradiabot doesn’t want revenge she “d0es n0t care” about anything except the timeline. Aradia and Vriska are the entire reason anything in the comic happened, everything can be traced back to either or both of them. I love their messy ass dynamic so much.

It's actually really sad because vriska truly is just a product of her society, like everyone on alternia was fucked up. What she did was still somewhat looked down upon by other trolls, but she mainly just went by the societal standard, especially for her caste. With the fact she killed a bunch of people, she needed to to survive. The whole thing with tavros is odd, yeah, but she was just fucked and that wasnt her fault that she was fucked. She is a faulty character, but they all are. The thing is is that she wanted to be good, you know? Like she was aware of her faults but she stuck to what she knew.

i understand her character, i still personally dont care for her but i do get that she is the way she is for a reason. I DONT like when people say she "did nothing wrong" but then say they hate tavros and that hes "evil" with the only evidence being "he killed jades grandpa!!" when you can use the same reasoning for vriska that you can tavros. tavros had no idea the concept of a human family so he did what he thought was right and would protect jade. same thing as vriska showing an example of an unhealthy kismisitude by thinking shes "pushing" (pun intended) tavros in a better direction.
