I use 50/50 mix of 90/10 ground beef and sweet sausage. 2- eggs per lb mix. Salt, pepper, garlic and onion. Add other seasonings if you want I’ll put a rub in for a little kick mix in good. Make patties, cook and enjoy

flatten patty once in bag, freeze. heat skillet, place meat, toast bun in oven or on a separate skillet. grab mustard, ketchup up, picked and onion. if you want a whopper style, grab mayo and lettuce. flip patty and turn off skillet and add cheese. mayo lettuce and tomato on top. mustard, ketchup, pickle and onion on bottom. add salt and pepper to tomato and onion. put everything up. grab meat off skillet. takes about 2mn 40nseconds

Put a slice of butter in the middle of the burger with your thumb, put on the grill
add cheese of choice, when flipped.
Then buttered buns in tin foil.
Take yellow mustard and put some on both sides of the warmed up bun.
Then dill pickle slices on the bun.

I put lipton onion soup powder mix into 2 pounds of hamburger plus mushrooms. pepper's macabre narrow chop Em up. Put a couple eggs in it, squish it all together. This comes out pretty good.You don't need nothing on it or with it
