Most SBL should understand that TRaining hard and consistently with progressive overload will makes you enormous af and optimising everything does not matter as much it's literally like 1% more progress a year, I don't optimise anything, do high volume and redudndant exercise yet i still build muscles 🤷♂️

Leg ext + squat pattern is just like tricep ext + jm press. If you only want to do 1 but hit all heads, you do the first option. If you have room for a second exercise/want to prioritize, you add the second.
