I’m grown now but as a kid who saw her dad for the first few years of her life just to have him come around some weekends to do fun things and then disappear, my mom didn’t have to say anything about him…i saw it all with my own eyes. Kids are resilient and he’ll be okay. i watched my mother work her butt off for us, start her own business, buy her own house at 27, give us everything, take us on vacations, etc. nothing makes me more proud than to call her my mom. I’m sure she would’ve wanted the marriage to work for the sake of her kids, but she couldn’t force that man to want us and I’m glad she didn’t. Keep going, focus on you and your baby. He deserves the happiest version of his mama too. ♥️

Sis I’ve been through a single mum season myself (married now) and it was definitely one of the hardest seasons of my life. I was also co-parenting with an inconsistent father who also lives in a different country and I had to take measures to protect my child emotionally as well. I want to let you know that Jesus was the only one who could get me through that chapter - he kept my mind and my heart at peace even when it was hard and I wanted to give up and he provided for me and my child when I couldn’t - and he can do the same for you. Reach out to him with a sincere heart and he will take care of you and Psalm. Soon this will be another chapter that you can look back on 🤍 I look forward to hearing your own testimony one day!
