I do both and ghkcu and glow also and I lost 40 pounds. But u do have to eat more clean and work out because not everything is magic and I been doing really good. Always hydrated

I always tell people it depends on your goals & your lifestyle. If you’re pretty sedentary & are just looking for suppression to lose #s, TirZ is that girl. If you’re active, want to lean out & want to focus more on body recomp & overall health w/muscle building, Reta all day. I have used both & love both for different reasons. All that said, everyone responds very differently to each one & dosage is also a huge contributing factor. I’m a big believer in LOW & SLOW. 🥰
