The more I go through this chapter in my life the more I realize that this isn't a burden men should carry alone. I thought sharing about the trauma made me weak but it took all the strength I had to open up even as I broke down. I pray that everyone going through this makes it out. I took a hit on my mental health but I have no regrets, I will always love my babycakes

Theres always someone out there that feels the same way you feel about someone else, U didnt even need to heal when you left the one that loved you, but when the one you love leaves you, somehow you expact the world to stop, Thats not how it works, the person you love that left you will move one and find happiness regardless of how hurt you are
