Thank you for these awesome deals! I wish I could go couponing again but I haven’t been able to coupon because the last time I did, back in March, my extrabucks wouldn’t print out for me at the checkout, I was only receiving them on my app, I had to go through a lot with the cashier while I was there just to get through my couple of transactions and it was embarrassing especially when I could tell that they were over it with the few transactions and rolling over and everything… After I left the store, I called customer service 3 different times trying to get the issue resolved on why it seems that my app and the way I want my receipts and extrabucks printed out at checkout are froze in digital mode only and every representative I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about when I told them I want my extrabucks printed out with my receipt and they all tried to tell me that it is all digital now with the paper extrabucks? I am super confused because every couponer I watch gets their extrabucks printed out with the receipt, I used to get mine printed out also the first few times I had went, and every item I picked up was the total number to unlock the EB reward, and I also didn’t go over my limit for the time frame for each deal, it really is an issue where my account is just froze in digital mode and it is upsetting… It wouldn’t be an issue if the extrabucks loaded straight on my app right after checking out but they can sometimes take a while until they show up on my app and that is pointless when doing multiple transactions and rolling over in one trip…. Idk, have you ever heard of this or maybe have any advice on how I can fix this? I really would love to go coupon again and roll over some extra bucks! I am all for saving money these days…
