The “big” teams haven’t been as good however on the flip side the premier league is becoming so strong any team can beat any team and THIS MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Just look at how English teams are dominating Europe, our 6th/7th teams are way stronger then the teams in Spain or France

One disagreement with Rooney. The PL has been better than any season before it. The football may not be free flowing and nice to watch but the level of competition across the 20 teams was ridiculously high. And teams will become better next season
