I notice you often talk about the “old you” when trying to avoid foods. I personally find it easier to acknowledge yourself and what you want and making it work. You want some ribs? Eat a low cal low fat meal before. You want some corn? Only use a tablespoon of butter max. You gotta be able to enjoy what you want to enjoy in some way or you’ll never be able to stick with this. That’s my advice brotha!
