No need to stir / fold the rice. After adding water bring to a boil for 10 minutes, lower the heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Turn heat off keep cover on for 10 minutes and rice is done and fluffy

Once my rice is in the process of cooking, I do not take the lid off. I do not stir it halfway because I don’t want my rice to be sticky and clumpy and I don’t wanna disturb it when it’s boiling
