This is why abortion and woman’s healthcare rights matter and should not even be in question or ripped away. No baby should be left in a box to go right into the DHHS/foster care system. I get the point of this but I think we need to prioritize help for woman, etc.

that girl said it’s evil? safe haven boxes make me cry. it’s not evil, it’s a blessing. that mother decided to keep the baby full term and put them there so that they could have a better life. it doesn’t matter the circumstances of the mother, that baby will be safe and in a much better situation after being placed in that box. i’m so glad they exist. what if the mother was assaulted and ended up conceiving? that’s no way to bring a life into this world. it’s best for both mother and baby in that situation. there’s so many different situations. again, i’m so glad these exist.

The girl that made the comment about abortions for everyone blocked me 😂 Im pro-choice and see that theres definitely a need for these. Not everyone wants to get an abortion AND even places where abortion is legal there are legal limits. If a woman doesnt know shes pregnant and its too late for an abortion, she’ll have this option. Im grateful these are an option in so many states!
