This is what makes you such an amazing father. Your son will NEVER question your love and devotion. I had to stop telling mine dad was coming.. the look of that disappointment broke me every time, and the abandonment fears my kids wound up with wasn’t worth it. I stopped too late. They are adults now. One a dad himself, he’s there 100% he won’t ever be like his father.
