2 problems, you lack chest support for the unilateral cable row so its best to use a machine and you trained rear delt function on the t bar row very well so no point in isolating rear delts but if you like isolating rear delts go for it

Dont do unilateral for back exercises unless you have a muscle imbalance, but even then its better to just do normal reps.
