I think this is a bit misleading. A healthy body is supposed to experience rises in blood sugar after eating. The goal isn’t to avoid every blood sugar spike, but to maintain good metabolic health overall. If you eat mostly whole foods, get enough protein and fiber, stay active, sleep well, and manage stress, you don’t need to worry about every single food that raises blood sugar. The real problem is not a temporary increase after a meal, but chronically elevated blood sugar, insulin resistance, and a poor overall diet. Health is built by long-term habits, not by avoiding individual foods. Cheers
