It’s sweet, salty, chewy, crunchy and tastes ridiculously similar to a Snickers bar with just a handful of ingredients. Ingredients: * 400g Medjool dates * 1 cup natural peanut butter * 1 cup roasted peanuts * 360g dark chocolate * Flaky sea salt Method: 1. Line a tray or container with baking paper. 2. Slice the dates lengthways, remove the pits and press them tightly together to form a flat base. Place another piece of baking paper over the top and flatten firmly. 3. Spread over the peanut butter, then scatter with roasted peanuts. 4. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top, spreading evenly. (I do this in the microwave in 30 second intervals or using the double boiler method.) 5. Finish with flaky sea salt. 6. Refrigerate until firm, then slice or break into pieces. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
