can you make video about how to enjoy energy drinks and wine and coffee and tea and stuff, what all the things to do to at least minimize the damage if you can't stop 🥺 how to brush after the drink or use mouthwash after drinking energy drinks etc. I always thinking what would you do 🤔

Dr Ellie,please advice,im trying to strt your system care though cant find all the exact product due to hard to find and financially unable to buy but this is what im doing at te moment 1)mouthwash xylitol/oilpull coconut oil2)colgate maxfresh3)listerine4)pearliewhite flourinze5)xylitol chewing gum n sweets..and i brush wit ur recommended brush and paste with colgate and a bit of xylitol...will all this be ok??

The majority of people will always go with the decision the dentist makes, how is it was anyone to know you could reverse a cavity u less they were told. I think definitely talks in schools etc will educate

70...times change...what I know now wasnt available to me in earlier years...dont crown teeth. by your sixities it will lead to implants

I had a dentist recently drill out a stain I had for 8+ years. He assumed it was decay but I literally just had a full dental exam done with another dentist prior to that. He ended up filling it back to what it looked like but still, I’d rather keep my natural enamel as long as possible. Will never get that enamel back.

I wonder if anyone has done any studies about the dental health of women in abusive relationships. I’ve found myself in more than one coercive/emotionally abusive relationships and I have spent so much money just trying to keep my teeth straight! And the latest round “had to have” crowns and fillings - I was caring for a sick elderly parent through this last period.
