Here’s the step by step of how to book: 1. Google Southwest low fare calendar 2. On the low fare calendar, Search your airports using points, then find the dates with the lowest fares 3. On the next page you’ll be able to pick your fare class (note that basic economy does not come with checked bags or advanced seat selection). 4. Once you’ve chosen your flight, go back to your Chase portal to transfer the exact amount of points you need 5.
