I do love the public transport attendants. They are so professional and prideful in their work 🥹

This is so interesting!! We have an initiative in Ottawa called Stop Gap that builds free ramps for businesses with inaccessible entrances. So many barriers in older cities! 🤪

I noticed this a lot when living in Japan. There was so many times I’d be walking through a store and immediately realized the aisles are so narrow that no wheelchair would ever fit through. Even some streets in places like Kyoto will have obstructions on the sidewalk that force you to step over the curb to go around it. Tokyo or Osaka seem to be the most accessible places to go. Any city smaller than that has very limited accommodations for wheelchair users.
