@marissainchina: My Retired Chinese In-Laws' $320/mo Apartment in Wuhan, China 🏙️ #lifeabroad #traveltochina #livingabroadlife #culturedifference #chineseculture #china
Love your videos! Are you required to keep furniture or "stuff", or are you allowed to dispose of it?

Wondering why the lease would only be for one year. I would have thought it would be better for the landlord to have a stable long term tenant. I would definitely be better, I think, for the tenants to know they had a long term place to live.

I’ve always been curious. They’re clearly Cantonese speakers, but why do you all live in Wuhan?

That’s so inexpensive 😭 my cheapest rent was $500 and that was back in 2005. My last rental before getting a home was $1,500 for a one bedroom

when I did my internship in China, altho this was in Beijing, a month by month rent was available through an app, but it could be just a Beijing thing

Just curious, I have heard inlaws stay with you in China? Is this common or only some families?

Thank you for the tour and the information. Did you take a careful video before moving the in-laws in so when they move , it shows the condition.. (meaning the pre-existing wall damage). No damage deposit? Nice, have a good weekend🥰🥰🥰

Can you talk about moving companies
How do they operate, what do they exactly do
And are they in charge of packaging everything ?
How much they cost ?
Thank you in advance 谢谢
