I love God, I love God oh so much. He’s like the gentle breeze, but sometimes I can’t feel that breeze. I know He’s there, but sometimes, it hurts me. I’m distant now, not because I believe He is not real, but because I believe I’m not worthy enough for Him to help me and the troubles I’m having. No matter how hard I pray, I’ll always be the sin, but I want to feel the gentle breeze again, I want to feel Him in my heart again.

You are all wrong. God does NOT pick favorites, God does NOT ignore his children. He puts you through the strongest battles to show that you are strong enough to get through it. Does life always go your way? No. But it will all workout in the end if you keep having faith in the lord and trust him.

I think people are missing the point that God gave us free will and freedom to do whatever we wanted. He won’t interfere with wars etc because that defeats the purpose of it. That refilling hairspray thing is either not real or just a way of showing if you truly believe in your heart then he will answer to you.

the “refilling hairspray” controversy is showing that people do not fully understand other people’s struggles correctly, the whole idea of faith is that you have to continuously have faith during strives, while yes there are major global problems surrounding us, as Gods children we are not made to instantly have it easier in life, God builds these hardships not only to test us but make us stronger in believing in him. Another aspect is that the idea of you never know what’s going on in someone’s life. this lady could’ve needed a little miracle from God as a sign to keep going or to remind her that we are his children. God works in extremely mysterious ways and just because she’s experiencing this glimpse of his greatness doesn’t mean that we as a society should bash and shame that miracle because “there’s other things happening.” The idea of everything happens for a reason is true because God is over it all. YES there are terrible things happening around us, but it is all apart of Gods plan and we just have to trust in him. This trend is more than just about hairspray, it’s reflecting our society and how we’ve grown more apart from God, instead of praising him for what he did, we go and explain “well there’s other things happening around us.”
