@jeanineraine: 220 pounds gone. Still hard to believe sometimes. There were so many days I wanted to quit. Days I cried after workouts, stared at the scale frustrated, and questioned if any of this was even working. I walked into the gym feeling uncomfortable, insecure, and completely out of place… but I kept going anyway. This journey took everything out of me mentally, physically, emotionally. The early mornings, the discipline, the setbacks, the injuries, the sacrifices nobody sees behind the pictures. But somewhere along the way, I stopped doing this just to lose weight. I started doing it because I owed myself a better life. Now I look at myself and see strength. I see growth.
