I stupidly reached out to her new supply to try and help her because I felt insanely sorry for her, but yep, I had already been portrayed as the “crazy abusive ex” — I won’t ever reach out to any of her future supplies again and I don’t think I can ever bring myself to even speak to the current one once it goes bad for her as it’s just going to take me back to a bad place when I’ll hopefully be healed by that time. I know that sounds bad but my soul feels literally destroyed right now from what my wife has done and I can’t risk going backwards once I’ve healed. I made a mistake and shouldn’t have reached out.
