If you look up this case, “Thomas Brocuglio vs Allen Ganter”, all the cop got in this case was a five day suspension, and required de-escalation training. He was able to get all of the charges eventually dismissed. He didn’t lose his job. He’s still a cop. And there’s not any record of him ever having to pay any money to the guy he hit. Absolutely ridiculous.
