Because you end up making like 1000 of each each shift so it just gets stuck in there, haven’t worked there in 3 years and I can still remember all the core menu items

It’s honestly really easy, especially with hands on training, i make probably 50-100 of each burger on average per shift, plus they all follow the same format

it honestly just happens over time but what really helps me is knowing that actual burgers always have ketchup, mustard and pickles and sometimes cheese but with quarters is has all of those plus unions
